We all stand on the shoulders of giants. As I find resources that are especially useful, I’ll add new categories and links to the pages here. If you have any suggestions, let me know!

Coding – Interactive and free lessons for getting started or shaking the rust off programming and a few other skills.

ICS-CERT – The Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team from the Department of Homeland Security offers an alert service that sends you emails about growing risks, recent vulnerabilities, update releases, and other security topics. Keep yourself informed!

NIST Publications – The National Institute of Standards and Technology offers free “Special Publications” on security guidelines, as well as archives of previous documents. These are good starting places for developing your security practices and policies, and act as a good foundation to a security education.
