Hi, I’m JD. I’m an Information Security Analyst at Texas State University. My day-to-day work blends GRC activities and technical tasks . Just recently I earned an MBA with a computer information systems concentration, and a few years ago, I finished my undergraduate degree, a BS in Mass Comm/PR. Before working in Information Security, I worked several help-desk positions, was a copy editor at a few different places, and worked at a few other places, too.

The best part about my job is just how much there is to learn. Hopefully I can share that here.
